Lead and Assistant Teachers

Woodlands area Christian Childcare Facility and Preschool seeking loving and energetic people to join our growing teaching team.

 

Candidates will possess a love of children, be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to submit to state, local and federal  background checks. CPR/First Aid Certification required but can be attained within first 90 days of employment.

 

Experience in an early childhood educational classroom environment preferred but will train energetic, motivated and loving individuals.

Classroom Coordinator | The Climbing Tree (TCT)

Full-Time | Early Childhood Ministry

Position Overview

Our early childhood program, TCT, is seeking a dedicated and faith-aligned Classroom Coordinator who is passionate about nurturing young children and supporting the teachers who guide them each day.

 

The Classroom Coordinator

  • provides leadership in classroom management, child development, behavior support, and parent partnership.
  • helps ensure that our program remains a safe, loving, and developmentally strong environment where children can grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically.
  • strengthens classroom systems and equips teachers to respond to children through a developmental, connection-based lens.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required AND a minimum of five (5) years of lead teacher experience with a relevant background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education

OR

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in behavior therapy and/or a degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA is strongly preferred

 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and classroom technology

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee child assessments and guide meaningful parent conferences
  • Coach teachers in developmentally appropriate discipline, co-regulation, and proactive classroom design
  • Develop and oversee individualized support plans that strengthen skills and reduce escalation over time
  • Provide onboarding for new lead teachers
  • Supports the Program Director to ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety standards
  • Partner with families through clear communication and enrollment support

POSITION TITLE:  ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

REPORTS TO:  BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

CLASSIFICATION:  FULL-TIME, EXEMPT

 

PURPOSE:

This is a new position that will assist the Business Operations Manager with accounting, HR, and business office management as well as facilitating vendor selection for specific enterprise needs.  This position will be the primary person responsible for A/P, A/R, inventory & fixed asset management, reconciling the general ledger and managing the contributions for Christ Church Methodist (“CCM”) pursuant to generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
